Blood Donation Drive on 16th February 2006
Date: 16th Feb
Time: 9am to 3:30pm
Venue: Reading Room
i) Those who took the consent form please sign and return to me best by friday or otherwise hand in on Monday..others who are interested take the form from me!
ii) Interested people need to be at least 16 years old [i think all qualifies bah] and weigh at least 45kg and should not display any flu or sore throat symptoms. Should also not be on any medication for the three days prior to blood donation.
iii) Bring along your NRIC or other photo identification showing date of birth to the blood donation.
iv) Not allowed to skip lectures for blood donation -.-
