Yan Min, this is how you should address your unidentified dish that entered your buccal cavity, down your oesophagus and finally into your stomach to curb your hunger pangs this evening.
To be exact, since the fishes in your bowl are fried, it should be called “炸鱼片米粉”.
“鱼片米粉”is almost the same dish, except that the fishes in it are not fried, but rather, sliced and boiled. |
