| Entry Proof |
Dear all, regarding the Entry Proof that I have distributed today, please take note of the following:
- The Entry Proof is an important document and a candidate is required to produce the document each time he/she appears for an examination (namely the PW Oral Presentation)
- Candidates are required to bring along their NRIC or any valid documents bearing their identification number (e.g. Passport, Student Pass, etc) as printed on the Entry Proof for the examinations
- Please check if there is any clash of date and time between papers
- Please make a duplicate copy of your Entry Proof and put them in several different areas (e.g. in between pages of books or in your wallet) in case you lose it.
- If you wish to drop a subject/S Paper, you should not be present for any of the papers so that there will be no record of them taking the subject on their A-Level certificate.
